Bought a new. Pc and i had to format it and when i did the long proccess of clean and remove on the reset pc its stuck on 33% how do i fix it please help

Did you low level format it?

What did you actually do that's ^^^ pretty non descriptive.

When you go to updates and security i think you have a reset option and you pick remove and clean to format (that is done trough windows) and i did that and it just stuck on 33% but its still loading

Wait did you format your boot drive while in windows?!? Does it still work?

Make a USB install tool and start from scratch.

BUt what do i do , i just restart and connect the usb?

You might need to go into the BIOS and select USB as the first boot device, but yeah.  It will reinstall from scratch, so the stuff on there will be gone, but it sounds like you already reset.

I saw many people that had the problem abd they said they just waited and it skipped up , if i press the bios thing wouldnt it harm if i interferr with it ?

It won't harm it, but it will cancel it.  How long have you been waiting?  The computer is new, is there any data on it you need?

No data needed at all i think for about hour and a half maybe two

Well, to be absolutely safe you can wait overnight, but installing windows fresh only takes like an hour so.....

I'd just reinstall.

I now its loading on 33% what do i do now? Restart and insert usb with windows and start downloading

Just wait.  If it's still like this a few hours, shut it down, install the USB, boot to bios, choose usb as the boot device and restart.
