Rigid Cable shrouds??

So, when I was tidying up my cables the other day, and was trying to figure out how to put the PCIe power cable so that it did not look awful, it came to me. Why has no one made... rigid cable shrouds?? 

 

So, like a desk lamp, you can bend them easily enough, but they will stay perfectly in place, sortof like hardline, minus the heating. Obviously they would not be metal, at least on the outside and inside, and hopefully flexible enough to make sharp 90 degree turns.

 

Anyway, please tell me what you guys think about this, if there is some obvious problem with this. (maybe we can get someone to make them )

If your talking about PCI_E power using stiff wiring that has been attempted before, but with obvious drawbacks since it's designed for that one setup and one setup only. As for like a routing solution evga has their power link option.

That wouldn't work easily since you would need to thread it through but you can get plastic split loom if you want that corrugated type look.

It’s not impossible but you would need to either make your cables from scratch and incorporate that into the visible section at the front if you wanted a flexible type joint. If you wanted to say have it from your PSU our that probably wouln’t be possible just from how large a radius that bend would be.
