Soo I want to overclock my cheap 15 euro HD 6950 (bios flashed to 6970).

What voltage should I set it too and what is the clock speed I will be able to reach. Ik every card isn't the same but what voltage is still safe and what clocks can be expected?

just increase clock and voltages in small increments and see whats stable

Just increase core and voltage until it becomes unstable in a stress test (i.e. Furmark)
