Where do I plug this?

This is my first build in a masterbox 5 lite rgb. Two ends have been found originating from the front case fans. I guess one is the molex. What's the other one for and where do I put it? 

 

The first photo shows the molex cables of the fan and the psu. 

 

The second photo shows the unidentified cable.

That second one is the 4 pin RGB connector for the RGB fans. You can connect that to your motherboard if you have an RGB header or get a coolermaster RGB controller.

I can plug it in following any orientation, right?

No they are not keyed but there is a specific direction they must plugged in, there is usually an arrow to indicate the +12V.
