So I rooted my S7 recently and I've been enjoying it but one of the main things I wanted to do was be able to better control the SOC to give me better performance and power savings. Anyways I installed TGPKernel and so far I like it but I'm wondering is it the best kernel out there for the S7? I wouldn't mind being able to overclock but this kernel doesn't seem to do that. It's supposed to allow higher CPU clocks but only the GPU seems to go higher and my CPU clocks can go lower than before. I also have CPU voltage options now that I didn't have on the stock kernel but they're useless if I cant up the clock speed from stock maximum.

Any ideas on what Kernel I shoudl use? What kernel do you use?

I was wondering about that too, but i can't find another Kernel that has the same or more features than TGPKernel.

If you want to Overclock, you can use MTweaks which you can download in the setup for the TGPKernel.

With MTweaks you can change the clock speed and Voltage for each CPU as well as the GPU. It has a lot of other cool features too.
