Old SATA cables

Hi

 

I found a couple of old sata cables and i want to know if they are still useable

They were in a motherboard box from 11 years ago along with drivers for a GeForce 7200 and a guide on how to use Microsoft keyboard

To me they look just like the sata cables that came with my Z370 board
