Magsafe to USB C adapter

So I picked up an older macbok pro for school because I need it for various reasons that a Windows machine will not work for. Because of this, I am finding that finding a power outlet in public can be an issue since the battery is kinda weak. I would like to use my USB C PD powerbank (this one: https://amzn.to/2nNMZfd) to charge it on the go. Buying another laptop is not really an option.

Whats the wattage of the power brick including with your laptop, whats the DC output (volts) of the magsafe connector?

Edit looks like the magsafe connector uses 4 different voltages 14.5 / 16.5 / 18.5 / 20 V DC

That charging bank can only output 5v, you would need several DC to DC converters as well.

It is 60 W at 16.5 V

So it wont work at all with that power bank. the wattage difference is to great, and the voltage would require DC 2 DC converters.

Can someone help me find one that is decently cheap (sub $100) that would do it then?

To be honest, it'll probably be better for you to buy a replacement battery instead of an external one.
