pc acting weird

my pc have been acting weird recently my pc that i build is acting really weird today first of all it started having a boot loop 2 times before stopping then chrome gets black sometimes and freezes and now my harddrive isnt recognized not even in bios or diskmgmt im using windows 10 64 bit

Initial thoughts would be a hard drive that's on the way out, if it's not dead already (being that the BIOS can't find it)
