automatically change location of download's, documents etc, folder

on my domain i have a file server, the users of my domain each have there own folder with

folders in them

 

i would like to change the location

 

 image.png.dbd79bee82de0ce1d75ee04e81e0eafd.png

 

of each of these folders from the default C:\Users\user.name\Downloads location to N:\downloads but with the respective drive letter to that ever user's mapped network dive

for all the default folders listed under this pc

i need a way to do this automatically, whether thats through a script, GPO, or reg edit 

because going to every computer individually and every user account to do this just is'n reasonable.

Windows 10?
If so, open the settings menu, go to System, then Storage. You can change the locations of most of that stuff in there.

For stuff like Chrome downloads, you can change that in Chrome's settings.

Logon script will do this, also can be done (iirc) via GPO
