So ive currently got my 2700x stable at 4.25ghz at 1.45v with the memory speed at 3000(my mem is rated for 2666) on an asus x470 pro

My idle temps go down from 40c to 30c consistently on like a loop and under full load i hit about 87c and just wanted your guys opinions (i am as i type trying to lower the voltage as i was getting clocks at 4.2 at 73c load before i touched the voltage and memory

You don't want to run that much voltage for an OC for very long. 

 

Honestly, you'd do better using PBO than running an all core overclock if you want to keep higher frequencies during lower core work loads and single core work loads.
