Sure, its enough to 1060 or 1070.

I think a CX450m or CX550m is a better option

It's good enough, not the best PSU in the world but it'll power the GPUs you stated. Personally I'd go with a CX750M or one of the CXM series that are above 500W. A Coolermaster MasterWatt 550 would also be a great choice too.

Not the best idea as its a group regulated model...

 

I'd rather have a better quality PSU for such a high end Graphics Card...
