Dude that's an awesome pc. It wouldn't be financially beneficial to upgrade anything on that pc right now because it's really nice

I have that same processor overclocked to 4.5GHz on a Gigabyte GA-X99 Gaming G1 Wi-Fi board with cooling by Corsair H100i v2.  Only thing I would replace is your case with either the Fractal Design Meshify C or the Phanteks Enthoo Pro M TG. Both have better airflow than the Define S.
