Audioquest Dragonfly for iPhone

So I am obsessively contemplating the Audioquest Dragonfly + Apple CCK cable combo to replace the original Apple lightning to 3.5mm dongle. It’s close to $200 CAD. Is it a worthy upgrade? Or should I save my money and use the dongle? I am using KEF M100 earphones and Spotify. Are there cheaper alternatives to the Audioquest Dragonfly that work just as well with the iPhone?
