Has anyone heard of this open source VPN?

Any thoughts on it? 

Is it safe?
Any safer free VPN? I tried Betternet once but really felt like I was being spied on or something.

I still have no information regarding to this VPN provider. As far I know, Nord VPN and Windscribe VPN are pretty reliable paid VPN.
