I NEED HELP

Hi Everyone, i hope you could Help me,

 

Can i know What kind of problem on my Motherboard Please,
PC Spec:

      * CPU: Intel intel pentium dual core e5400

      * GPU Intel HD Graphics ( Built-in on CPU )

       *Memory DDR2 ( 2-GB)

       *Motherboard: xfx g31 intel 775 ddr2

 

Problem: When i start my PC... after 3-6 Minutes, it just goes Turn off itself. i touch the heatsink, it did not feel any heat on CPU Heatsink. on my 2nd attempt i try removed the CPU Heatsink but after 5-7 Minutes, it goes turn off again but the CPU did not heat. Can anyone solve this problem? 

 

P.s i can't afford $20 bucks right now because i saved money for buying a GTX 1080Ti

Can you clarify what you mean by "start". Can you boot into an os or is it just a POST?

Also try swapping out your PSU since it looks quite old

Hello, if you want to buy that gtx 1080ti for this pc, please DON'T! There will be such a big bottleneck.
