I have ordered my gaming PC (with some changes thanks to this community) for around £1250. However my little brother wants to play some PC games too. He is fine with 30fps 1080p, and technically I am yet to see what 1440p 60fps will do as I we have both been playing on a PS4 Slim on a 1080p TV and Batman Arkham Knight runs smooth and looks absolutely stunning. Same with the likes of Horizon Zero Dawn and Uncharted 4.

So, can anyone recommend the cheapest Ryzen build (preferably PC Parts Picker) that will at least perform as well as the PS4 Slim? (I have spare 2*4gb DDR3 2400 RAM sticks lying around)

If you want to get a really cheap PC, don’t buy new. An i7 2600 or so from and old Dell off eBay should be more than enough for even a higher end card such as a 1060, and they are cheap ($130 or so)
