Help me build NAS please!

Hi guys. Can you guys please help me look for a decent build for NAS. You know, the works that is not too expensive to build.

 

Starting from 

 

Processor, RAM, Motherboard, Cooling, Case with hot swappable bays (4 to 6 slots), PSU

 

Til the end. I would love it if you could give me specifications and maybe provide links to Amazon. I'm actually worried about the compatibility and the price. I am new to this. If you could help me, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

I'm actually planning for a Xeon processor with ECC SDRAM with a dual 10 gigabit NIC or I don't know if maybe there's a built in dual 10 gigabit in a server/ workstation motherboard compatible with Xeon. I just don't know what to look for. Maybe you guys have specific suggestions and links so I could try them.

What's your budget? What will you use the NAS for? Which currency?
