What tubing

What size tubing should i get for the raystrom 750 AX360 watercooler im so lost cuz the tubing it self has different size are the brab size. If i use uv green tubing how would it look with just water as the coolent?

I think its 7/16 ID 5/8 OD compression fittings with 7/16 tubing
