You'll want an M.2 SSD instead of 2.5inch. Much easier to work with and less cabling required. Also the ASRock board is superior to the MSI.

Yes you can play fortnite at 60 FPS with 1080p but probably at medium settings or medium/high with reduced view distance. 

 

Here is a review of the 2400g which was built for 500-550 USD

The reviewer used 1080p, medium presets for everything and high for textures and max view distance. He seemed to be getting 45-50 fps.
