Will this setup work?

Hey all,

Currently in the process of building my first PC, but haven't actually purchased my monitor/s, which I have a couple of questions about..

Firstly, my plan is to have 2 monitors, one more expensive one for gaming, and another (cheaper version) for casual use, like searching something, listening to music while midgame etc..

The first monitor I have planned is a Dell - 24", 165Hz, 1440p, G-Sync display (click-here for link). Since I will be using a Gigabyte NVIDIA GTX 1080 (G1-Gaming) Graphics Card, I'm hoping the G-Sync will give me the best experience (I plan to play on Fullscreen on this monitor).

Secondly, an extremely similar looking monitor (aesthetics are important to me), a Dell - 24", 60Hz, 1080p display (click here for link) this one doesn't have G-Sync, as I won't be gaming on it.

In simple terms... Will this work?

I'm on a reasonable budget, so cannot afford anything better than this, but I'm hoping that these will more than suffice.

Ive tried searching it, but answers seemed to be a little mixed, plus I want to get a personal answer.

Also, is there anything else I need to know? Any software you would recommend?
