Startup screen issues with 2 monitors

Hello,

I've been using 2 monitors for a long time, 1 monitor that's my primary and is connected to my gpu with an HDMI-cable and a secondary screen which is connected to my motherboard with a displayport (dno display port input in my gpu). I recently moved my computer and monitors and plugged it all in. However, when I start my computer the startup screen(the one with like option to choose launch options, go to bios and other stuff) is appearing on my secondary screen and the same with window logo loading, and as soon as that's over and the login screen, it switches to my primary monitor(which it should have always been on). This was not the case before, anyone knows what is going on and how to fix it? If you need further information I'll gladly provide.

Sincerely,

Tommie

Some additional information, when I unplug my secondary monitor and restart the PC nothing shows up(startupscreen, dno what to call it) until I get to the login screen on my primary monitor. If I however have both plugged into my motherboard it shows on my prim monitor, but afaik you want to keep your monitors plugged in to your gpu if possible

Additional, maybe unrelated info. When I have my primary monitor plugged into my gpu I get 10fps in all steam games(normal fps in non steam games) and when its plugged into my motherboard I get the normal fps I usually have(300locked in csgo i.e)
