Need Help

Okay so I have been thinking to connect my very old 8 bit gaming console to my VGA monitor. I have not been able to find a suitable S-video to VGA converter. Audio wont be an issue but video certainly is. So if anybody have a link to such a device it will be very helpful. and also i anybody have a better advice, to do this project in a different way its most welcome. attaching the link to my console below.

The easiest way is to get a TV Card and use an old Computer.

But an old 20" CRT TV or less shoud be the best solution as they already have everything you need for this...

ANother Problem is the Refresh rate. For European Systems, you should have 100Hz at the Resolution (well, 640x480 is enough), 120Hz for NTSC because you should have a multiple or the same of the original refresh rate. If not, you will have stutter or other shit...
