Case fans, rgb ram and mobo can all be cut/changed to save cash. The ll120s are a waste, the case comes with 3 pretty good sp120 rgbs.

why not replace adata SSD with Intel 660p Series M.2 2280?  intel newer tech, better specs

That ssd cost ~$55 more, of course it has better performance. But the performance difference will be unnoticeable in this usage and the goal is to reduce cost without noticeable performance loss.
