Fuzzy lines

Every time I move my camera these lines are becoming fuzzy. I've tried doing my research and trying to solve it on my own but this is way to hard. I could just deal with it, but it would really annoy me.

Does anyone know a fix to this?  (i don't know what exactly what this problem is called but I tried)
