Win 10 Power options, default or not?

Win 10 Power Plan defaults to balanced, and CPU throttles down to aprox 50%.(2200 MHz)

Does anyone bumb it up to high performance and let there CPU clock around 90%? (4400 MHz)

I leave it at the default balanced policy, idle drops down to 800Mhz or so and on demand will jump up to max clock rate.

I have seen some people state bu setting to high performance they can remove some stuttering but it is not a problem I have had.

I do, 

I prefer to keep maximum performance, it's much more to my liking. I don't care about the power, it's not like I'll be pulling 200 - 700 during idle.
