Which is the best air cooling solution?

Should I just get a aftermarket cooling heatsink like the hyper 212 evo?

Or

Buy 4 case fans 120mm each and use the stock cooler from the CPU?

Not the stock cooler, unless you`re using a low end CPU that you aren`t going to overclock.

 

CPU cooling almost always comes before case cooling

Definitely. If you're not planning to overclock, the stock heatsink is fine and save yourself some cash, but since you requested for the best.

Not really, but that chip is pushing the limits of stock heatsink anyway.

No. Turbo is when your processor increases its clock speeds automatically which only occurs when the CPU is under load.

Overclocking is when you increase the multipliers to get higher clock speeds all the time .

Depends bit on case and how you are going to set them. But its definetly way better than using stock cooler and stock fans of case. Unless your case came with 4 fans included like mine.
