Please help, i have no idea what happened

Hi, I built my first pc over a month ago but i ran into my first problem

I was loading into a game and as i loaded in, all my systems components shut off, all my fans stopped and my monitor lost signal, my powerbutton led was still on and my motherboards led all turned on(i have them set off normally) and it wouldn't turn off when i held the powerbutton i had to flick the switch in the back (probably a bad idea). Ive tried removing my graphics card and nothing and tried firing it up with no ram and nothing. Please help! I have no idea what to do

My build is a msi x470 gaming pro

Ryzen 2200g 3.2gzh

Asus Gtx 1050ti Phoenix

Corsair cx500w

I cant remember the brand of ram but 8gs at 2800mhz.

Switch off the power supply and take the cooler off. You might have a temp issue.

Okay i tooker it off and themal paste is still good. It still won't post and nothing else turns on except my motherboard but it's still doing the light thing.

If my power suppy kicked the bucket is it possible for the lights to be on?
