Good motherboard for my pc build

What would be a good motherboard and power supply for a gtx 1060 and a 6400t I plan to upgrade to a 4590? I also need the motherboard to have at least 3 usb 3.0 ports and I would like it to be less than $200. Thanks for reading my post and helping out.
