maybe your cable died? maybe the pins got a bit loose by any chance? Check the cables, try a different output (DP or DVI)

if it's stuck on VGA, that means your gpu might be dead

try unplugging your GPU and plug the monitor into the motherboard directly

if that worked, turn it off, and try putting the GPU back in and plug the monitor into the GPU (remember to plug in the PCIE 6/8 pin from power supply to your GPU)

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

My motherboard doesn't have hdmi I only have hdmi only

Gpu fan on

It has a DisplayPort, DVI-D, and VGA. If you have a screen that can connect to one of those then I suggest to try that and take out the GPU. If your system boots normally then you know for sure the problem lies with either the GPU or a bad PCIe slot...

You can still try it but then you'll need to find a DVI-D to HDMI cable.
