So I have an S340 Elite and is using the two included fans for exhaust, one in the back and one on top (both 120mm), and I'm looking into buying two Aer RGB 140mm fans.

The question is would I be able to use the two included fans that came with the case for intake on the front panel and the two Aer RGB140mm for exhaust? (one on the back and one on top)

No. Because the rear area only supports 120mm fan. You need to get 1 Aer RGB140mm and 1 Aer RGB 120mm if you want this setup to work.

Use the 140mm in the front and 120mm in the rear to make sure you create neutral or positive air pressure.
