Freezing in game/help

I am having some bad freezing problems in game. every thing works great up till I get maybe an hour or two into gaming. I am just beside my self and don't know what to do. The PC its self is not allowing me to enter BIOs and it wont recognized any GPUs that i try to put in it even with the right drivers. Any and all help with this would be awesome.  

AMD Ryzen 5 2400G Radeon RX Vega 

Windows 10 64 bit 

Gigabyte AB350N 

Corsair DDR4 8 GB 

Power suply is the Corsair  SF 600

GPU gtx 560 or gtx 1060

Sounds like you need to turn off the in built graphics on the CPU.  but without it letting you into the bios i wouldn't know how to do that

Start an elevated command prompt and type this:

 

shutdown /r /fw /t 0

 

That'll get you into the bios

Clear CMOS. That will give popup to config BIOS.
