I got a laptop less than a year ago, and it started having BSODs and booting into the bios where the SSD isn't detected. 99% sure that it is an SSD issue where some of the nand flash is probably faulty. I have an rma# from asus. Other than filling out the rma checklist, do I need to include the warranty card from the box, the a/c adapter, or any accessories that came with it? This is my first time handling an asus rma. If anyone has done it before, then can you tell me how smoothly it went, and the amount of time they take to process?

Thanks

They should have sent you an email with detailed instructions. If not, its probably on their website.
