Hi im looking to uppgrade My PC from a old i5 2500 to a newer system but i can not find a good case or Cooler under 120$  So i could use some help with that. 1.would this system be a noticeable uppgrade from 2500

2. Please help me find a case and Cooler for a case i want one under 120$ tg psu shroud and support for a 2x 140 mm fans at the top.

for the Cooler i would like one that can handle oc and have visible ram either air or water under 120$

1. Yes, but you might not notice it because the graphics card will limit performance of the 8600k in games, hard.

you're better off upgrading the GPU instead, and maybe an i7 3770/xeon for the CPU. you won't notice much of an improvement with the current GPU for gaming.
