Old Thinkpad with Windows 10 problem

Guys i just fresh install my Thinkpad R61 with Windows 10 Home last night, the installation went fine and after i installed Chrome and unplug EDGE i found out my middle button on top of the trackpad is not working, i don't know how to fix this

Have you install all the drivers that go with the Thinkpad R61? There's probably some sorta software driver that handles the track pad middle button, that's usually how it is.

 

Check the product website for driver downloads.

You need a touchpad driver as those are often still PS/2 Devices and not USB.

 

So you need something to tell the OS that it does what it does, wich the Driver does.

Its the same on my Dell Vostro 1500....
