There is a Mac version, but it will work fine.

A mechanical keyboard that has switches you like will do fine, like a Corsair, Ducky or Filco. Das has a special version made for Mac with commands keys if you are interested.

Keyboards are overated i think, but this is basically the keyboard market in a nutshell

and I also would recommend the gigabyte osmium, dunno if it comes in MAC config sorry

I just got a corsair K70, and I LOVE it. I'd suggest getting it.
