PC locks up on startup

So recently I have been having a problem where my computer will lockup about a minuet after  reaching the desktop screen. I have tried replacing the power supply , motherboard , Ram , hard drive and graphics card and it still does it. The only thing I haven't replaced is the cpu. Any suggestions?

Windows 10 64bit 

I5 4590

Gigabyte b85m-ds3h-a motherboard version F3

8 GB of ddr3 1600mhz

GTX 660 2GB founders edition

Rosewill Green series 630w power supply

Have you tried clearing the cmos  ( bios stuff )

 

Try removing the Video card then booting with the MB video connected,

Look into heat problem. Try monitoring software  .

My temps are all within the 30's in using speccy

I would have thought it to be a graphics card related issue. What did you replace your 660 with?

 

Can you try and boot into safe mode and see if that helps?
