Windows update

Corsair cx 650 80 plus bronze 

 

I just finaihed installing windows on the ssd and when I got to the homescreen I can see everything. Whne I start to update windows , when it gets to about 80 of the last update, my screen shrinks and theres blue lines across the screen. I've tried the troubleshoot and windows update but that didn't work. I tried resetting it but that didn't work. I cant see the left of the screen not the bottom so I cant even hit reset or shut down. How can I fix it?
