gtx 1080 msi gaming x ore gtx 1080 msi

i am buying a new pc and  i am going to buy the msi gtx 1080 gaming x ore the normal one the only thing that's diffrent about them is the  gpu speed it is 100 ghz difference. And the price is 100 dollars diffrent. i want to save money so i shuld chose the cheeper one

100mhz more just means it's factory overclocked. Not worth the $100 when you could most likely OC yourself for free

thx i have actually almost alredy built the computer becuse i where buying all off my parts on sale and where going to buy the gaming x untill i saw that there is a cheper one

Get the normal one, you can easily overclock the 100mhz difference through MSI Afterburner and save yourself $100. Also, wait until the end of this month/early next month until you buy your graphics card. The new GTX11 series is being released at the end of this month so the prices of the GTX1080 will almost certainly come down as well.
