G751 Battery issue?

Hi everyone, recently I've been having issues with my laptop (Asus G751JY) where the battery continuously shows 20% available, plugged in not charging but when I unplug it from power, it jumps to 99%. When I plug it back in, it comes up with 99% not charging then drops back down to 20%. Here's the battery info from HWinfo:

maybe the sensor that gets the info for battery capacity has gone caput

That’s the thing, hwinfo reports 95.4%, just windows doesn’t say it.

No, it works for roughly the same time it worked 4 years ago ~2 hours if I’m lucky. I’m just confused as to why windows reports one battery % on charge and another on battery.
