CPU and GPU fans both spin. at this point I'm just trying to get a display with no os or hardrive connected no case. heres the specs of my build. let me know if I left anything or any details out because I'm really overwhealmed and the brain is tired and I'm all new to this. first build Specs ar

MOTHERBOARD-A320M gaming pro ryzen 2000 ready.

CPU-AMD Ryzen 2600

GPU- Gigabyte Geforce Gtx 1060 3 gb

RAM- 8 GB DDR4 2400mhz g skill ripjaws

POWER SUPPLY- thermaltake smart rgb 500w

Plugged into a 1080p tv via hdmi cable to gpu hdmi out.

msi gave me some troubleshooting steps like remove the battery and try bare bones without case and other optional componenets and I still cant get a display signal or even an idea where to start to fix it. any help will be greatly appreciated

I have done all the normal troubleshooting. trying each ram indiviaually, clearing cmos, bare bones. I don't know the bios befcause I cant get a display. no OS yet but will be windows 10 when I do get it booted. I ordered a dvi monitor to try through dvi rather than hdmi through my tv as I have been trying. I'm about 2 weeks into troubleshooting this and still nowhere. let me knowif I forgot any info abvout the build

I think the problem is that your components are blurry. Normally mine look quite sharp in comparison.

 

Try reseating the power connectors and graphics card. Otherwise trying a different monitor may be the fix. I've had issues with using TVs in the past.
