Im trying to lay out an order of parts that I will buy for my PC later on and I was curious to whether there are red prefilled cpu water cooling loops because my theme is red and black. If there anrent prefilled ones then how do i make a red tubes water cooler.

@ answered it perfectly the only other stop is full custom
