Twitch Stream Issues

Whenever I try to stream on twitch use streamlabs obs, i had the same problem with normal obs, my stream stops randomly and still says it is streaming, when i hit the end stream button when this happens it just gets stuck on ending stream and i have to close obs, it does this at random times and it is verry annoying. Any advice is appreciated, Thank You.

Internet speed? ISP might be blocking upload port or limiting your traffic.
