$2500 Gaming build

So I am planning my next build as my current rig (2014) is starting to show its age a little. My max budget is about $2500. I am willing to spend that much but if there is anywhere that money could be saved without sacrificing performance I am down I would like to game at 4K if I can, although I'm not sure if there are a lot of systems in this price point that can. I would also like to be able to edit video and do a little work in blender. I was thinking somewhere in the neighborhood of 32GB or RAM. Is that too much? I also have a long while until I actually have the money for this system (maybe a year), so giving me exact products will probably not help. I would just like a guideline for how much RAM, storage, etc.

If you don't have the money yet, it's hard to give you specific hardware advices. Prices will change until next year. Especially for GPU and CPU.
