Asking some advice

Hallo everyone, I'm currently in the works of getting a new pc, not looking for anything crazy. I have a gtx 1050 oc edition gddr5, and would like to purchase a new cpu and motherboard, ram and ssd's and hdd aren't a problem, i have about $390 to spend on cpu and motherboard, can anyone help me on witch specific Components would work. Thank you

CHeck out the Asus Prime B450-Plus and a ryzen 5 2600x.

Should be totally into your budget, maybe you can even go higher on the ryzen 7 2700

 

Edit: Many fans that are made for AM3. AM3+ sockets should work on the AM4

What type of RAM do you already have?  DDR4?  DDR3?
