this sounds like a shorted connector.

Lukely you didnt burn your ports.

I got new keyboard (rgb mechanical) and after connecting it to usb port , the keyboard not working but it getting warmer and the usb cabble is very hot. after puuting the cabble out that usb port and nearby ports are not working until I restart the pc. in device manager it said code 43 at first and then code 10 (when the usb ports didnt work). is the problem in the keyboard ? its not working on other pc's as well.
