windows background pic issues

so i am using 2 monitor set up and have set a different pic for each background 

 

every hour for some reason my pc changes both backgrounds to a random image i dont know if this image is on my pc as i have never downloaded it or if the image

is from bing but it does appear to change each day to a different random image 

 

this is annoying i have changed it in the personalization tab of control panel but when the next hour rolls over it changes again i have paused the slideshow setting and in the personalization it is not even set to slideshow in any case 

 

help is needed as i really wanna have the pictures i have set myself as my background

How are your settings set then? Have you selected to sync themes and do you have another Windows install registered on same Microsoft account?
