$1000 Creator build

good day!
after watching a couple of LTT videos i finally decided to join the forums! having said that tho, im not that knowledgeable with PC parts so i need y'all guys help
i know what a motherboard is, or a processor, that sort of stuffs but im not that advanced. so please avoid using acronyms or some sort

my current PC just died because of an electrical accident
im an artist/video editor and occasionally plays some games like overwatch and FF14
so the priority of my build is for using photoshop and editing video in premiere and then games.
i want something that i can upgrade in the future
my budget is only $1000
do not include the cost of the OS.
i also have a samsung 250gb SSD with the OS so maybe dont include that

i am from the philippines so im limited to these parts from these sites

i already have a copy of windows 10 installed on my SSD. it's a legit copy so i wont be needing to buy another one. thank you for the offer tho
