Providing ROM/ISO files is technically considered a copyright violation/theft of intellectual property so I wouldn't request that on this forum.  If you're asking for suggestions for ones you can purchase and then rip yourself for backup, I think RPGs are easier to play on touchscreen devices than platformers or shooters since you're not dependent on precision usually.  ChronoTrigger, FF6 (3 US), Secret of Mana, Terranigma are good.  Not many 3D games will run that well in emulation on a phone, at least not in my experience.  DOSBox emulation works well for older DOS titles on the PC usually.  You can also visit archive.org and play a number of games via your browser with their integrated DOSBox Emulation.

What is the Computer??

What CPU? What GPU??

 

 

The Games that Come to mind right now are available as a remastered Steam Version -> Final Fantasy X/X-2 and Final Fantasy XII. Or maybe 7, 8, 9...

 

As for Emulators, technically PSX and PS2 Emulators are illegal because you need a ROMdump of the OS, wich is Sony IP....
