Corsair fan problems

Hello guys, recently i bought a new pc and opted to go for corsair fans as cooling with a EVGA AIO, bought 3x120mm and 2x140mm LL series fans with the node and commander pro, the problem im having and i dont know if its a faulty commander pro, but it wont recognize it in iQue or Link, nor can i try to set the colours, one time it did recognize it three fans were having normal circle colour, one of them was out of sync and the last one didnt even lit up, tried everything, from installing both latest versions of the software to downgrading and reinstalling and i know i connected everything like it's supposed to be. Anyone had problems like this? Thanks in advance

It was showing and it had contact(the green light) i tried connecting just the commander and i had normal contact on fans, set up fan curves, but when i connected the rgb hub to it, it wont show itself and when it showed itself in the software, only three of the fans lit up normally, while the fourth one was out of sync and after some time it started working properly, then started to go again out of sync, while the fifth one didnt even give any signs.
