Depends on overclock... Heavy overclock means higher temperatures, which lessens the lifespan of a component, but if you upgrade every 5-8 years, it won't make any difference.

TIP: OCed components are cheaper than virgin ones, so remember this if you plan to sell it after some time.

Do i need a Z motherboard for those OCed Gpu's ?

OC mode means that there was an overclock applied to the card at factory. Overclocking shouldn't damage the GPU as long as you keep the overclock reasonable.

(No insane voltages or crazy clocks.)

When you overclock you need more Voltage right ? so if it comes overcloked does it more voltage automaticly ? or i need to do that ?

No. Motherboards with "Z" index means that it supports overclocking on CPUs, but every motherboard can overclock GPU

and if i buy an 1070ti OCed is i5 8400 no OCed good or the CPU needs to be overclocked too if the GPU is overclocked ?

Overclocking is OPTIONAL. You don't have to do it.

You can overclock the GPU using MSI Afterburner and applying small increases to memory and core. Voltage is only applied when the overclock isn't stable, as the overclock needs more power, and it can't get any due to the limited voltage.

The i5 8400 can't be overclocked anyway, so don't stress.

Yeah i know that the 8400 isnt OCed but if i buy a OCed GPU do i need to stable that with an OCble CPU like the 8600k ?

No. The GPU is separate to the CPU. Each part has it's own voltage.

yeah yeah i know :D

CPU : i5 8400

Motherboard :  ASUS - TUF-B360-PRO-GAMING

RAM : 2x8 Hyperx Fury 2400mhz

GPU : Gigabyte - GV-N107TWF2-8GD - GeForce GTX1070Ti GPU

SSD: Adata 120GB ssd

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Case: NZXT S340 white

PSU : i didnt realy choose 1 yet so id like an advise , something with 8pin for the GPU

CX650M is a very good PSU. Choose the modular version.

I would get a 240GB SSD. 120GB is only going to have Windows and one large game. Get the larger capacity.

What do you thing of the combination of the other parts ( GPU and CPU and many other :D)

They are fine and as @AskTJ has said many times, dont stress about the overclocking, even if the card has some BS in the name. The Nvidia pascal cards have turbo boost technology, so it automatically chooses the most optimal clock speed for the card, so no need to overclock.

The gpu works fine with your cpu and motherboard.
